Volta Pods has successfully completed the fabrication and delivery of prefabricated bathroom pods for Peninsula Plot Z, a residential development by Select Group located in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Commencing in December 2023, the project involved the manufacturing of high-quality bathroom pods designed to support efficient construction processes while maintaining consistency, precision, and superior finishing standards.
As part of its scope, Volta Pods managed the complete fabrication of bathroom pods, leveraging its advanced 4,050 sqm in-house manufacturing facility and expertise in off-site construction solutions. Each pod is produced within a controlled factory environment, ensuring enhanced quality control, dimensional accuracy, and streamlined site installation.
Volta Pods’ integrated capabilities cover the complete pod lifecycle, including design coordination, precision manufacturing, MEP integration, quality inspections, and delivery support.
