Developed by Select Group, the project features a residential tower comprising a basement, ground floor, three podium levels, 46 floors, and a roof, complemented by premium amenities and community facilities. Volta Pods contributed 120-bathroom pods manufactured in a controlled factory environment. From manufacturing and quality checks to transportation, installation, and MEP integration, every stage was closely monitored to ensure seamless execution, consistent quality, and reliable delivery of prefabricated solutions.
