Volta Pods is delivering prefabricated pod solutions for Bridge District (Plot B004 Arlo), a high-rise residential development located at Dubai Creek Harbour. Developed by EMAAR, the project features a residential tower comprising a basement, ground floor, two podium levels, and 48 floors. As part of this ongoing development, Volta Pods is supporting the project with 188 bathroom pods, with 148 pods already delivered. Manufactured through offsite processes, each pod undergoes rigorous quality inspections, MEP integration by UME, and coordinated installation procedures to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent performance.
